Dimension, Inc. was founded in 2004 by a Structural Engineer in what was originally a small construction company primarily engaged in the design and construction of speculative homes. Real Estate Brokerage was soon added as a service to the company to better enhance the marketing and selling of these homes. However, the company's success really started when our remodeling services were introduced to the public via a referral network of very satisfied clients. These clients recognized the benefits of consulting with a company knowledgeable in all aspects of the building industry as well as interacting with individuals who obviously share a passion for quality and detail, a passion that could only be derived from our engineering background.

Based on feedback we have received from our clients, we believe that this kind of multi-dimensional service approach offers our clients a distinct advantage, especially when it comes to real estate transactions.
