Dimension, Inc. utilizes its structural engineering and construction abilities in the real estate industry by providing residential property condition inspections and structural engineering inspections for both buyers and sellers. These types of services are typically provided free of charge to our own real estate clients. However, our engineering services have been utilized by other real estate agents for their clients.

For buyers, houses are the biggest financial purchases most people will ever make. Our reports provide vital information on the condition of a particular property and its major components. In addition, the buyer will be able to better evaluate whether the property fits their financial goals and objectives before they purchase the property.

For sellers, our services have proved to be beneficial as an engineering 2nd opinion on a home inspection report presented to them by a potential buyer. It is generally customary for homebuyers to hire an inspection agency to evaluate the property just as we do. In fact, there is an inspection contingency built into standard sale contracts. However, should we find discrepancies within a report presented to our clients that we believe are erroneous we will prepare a report on the seller's behalf disputing the particular claim.
