The following is an actual response from one of our brokerage competitors when speaking to one of our past clients.

"You don't want to hire Real Estate Dimension to list your home. They are a small firm that doesn't have near the resources we do. They will never be able to sell your home!"

Real Estate Dimension sold the home in question within the first week of being listed! Not bad for a firm with no resources. The truth is we have the exact same resources as all the other residential brokerage firms in the area. We are members of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, which gives us access to the local Multi-Listing Service database for which we can list and research properties. This resource and this alone is the only resource that Realtors have that is not accessible to the general public. Therefore, to claim that Real Estate Dimension doesn't have the same resources as the big firms is only deceptive advertising. The fact of the matter is that the other resources brokerage firms claim to have are public resources and you don't even have to be a licensed agent to obtain. For instance, marketing media such as newspapers, magazines, and internet sites are available to us and can/will be utilized at any time should we believe it will benefit our clients.
