Dimension represented Mr. Howell purchasing a new residence in 2007. Dimension added value to this transaction by completing various repairs to the property that were required for occupancy. Some of these repairs were not charged to the client as the commission was considered adequate compensation. Other more significant repairs were bartered for so that the client would not incur any additional costs for this transation.
