We are members of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, in which we utilize the same local Multi-Listing Services shared by all members of the association.
Like the majority of citizens in the St. Louis metropolitan area we were outsiders to the real estate brokerage industry for many years prior to adding brokerage services in 2004. During that interim period we encountered feedback from so many people regarding the public opinion of the industry. It became apparent that the number one complaint expressed from the general public was that "Realtors get paid a lot and don't do anything". All agents will agree that their efforts often go un-noticed, but it is our opinion that no matter the level of service provided by a real estate agent, his/her service is really only limited to salesmanship. We concluded that the best way to add more VALUE to our clients is not to smile brighter or speak more smoothly, but to cross the boundaries of liability and provide the highest level of technical and physical expertise for our clients throughout their entire transaction.
By combining our real estate services together with our construction and engineering services we specialize in helping buyers and sellers streamline their real estate transaction. In other words, should our clients require the services of a contractor or engineer for their particular transaction, Dimension, Inc. steps in and provides these services on their behalf rather than just recommending the client to contract these services out like other Realtors. In most cases, our unique approach eliminates our client's fears of hiring someone they don't know or trust to consult with them while also saving valuable time during contract negotiations. In most cases, we don't charge fees for the additional services we provide but, rather include them into the same base commission agreements that other brokers charge. This obviously provides our clients with a substantial cost savings and maximizes the value added when compared to any other brokerage company in town.
