Bai Porch Restoration
Project Description: What started as a porch repair to correct structural deficiencies turned into a complete restoration project. As railing components were removed, we identified Victorian detailing that had been removed. From there, we completely restored the porch back to it's original Victorian charm by using traditional wood fretwork along side new composite decking with a new stair to match.

Home Sale
Project Description: Dimension represented Mr. Howell by listing his residence in 2007. Despite the down market, the home was competively priced and sold within two days and closed within thirty. As a result, Dimension also represented Mr. Howell when he quickly purchased his new residence.

"I chose to list and sell my house with Dimension because of Tom's commitment to meet my objectives and my goals..not any preconceived goals that another agent may come in with. Garage Remodel
Project Description: With the original garage on this home converted to a family room, the concept of adding on to the house encountered unique challenges like obtaining a variance and producing construction documents.
